Mexican Dinner - Edit
Cozy Mexican tavern with outdoor tables tucked into the narrow carrugi—typical Ligurian alleys. The owners were very helpful in explaining which dishes could be made vegan. We had DIY-style fajitas with grilled vegetables, rice, guacamole, and spicy beans. The burritos can also be veganized. Instead of sour cream, they serve vegan mayo, which they leave on the table. They also kindly offered us nachos with spicy sauce and sriracha vegan mayo. Everything was paired with a Corona with lime and a glass of sangria. A great alternative to the many seafood restaurants in the area.
