Solid and easy choice. - Edit
Offers a variety of traditional vegan dishes like stewed beans, eggplant, roasted veggies in tomato and garlic sauces. Very solid if not terribly exciting traditional food. Great for takeout to bring back to your apartment — it’s all very microwave friendly.

Keep clear - Edit
So either the other reviewers went to a different restaurant or the management changed, but this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time. We ordered two mains, the artichokes and the ‘fresh green beans’. I think it was quite audacious to use the adjective ‘fresh’ for anything we got. The artichoke hearts were obviously from a can, floating in a microwaved creamy and tangy sauce - the whole thing was quite inedible. The beans were also obviously reheated in a microwave (as the signature hot-bits/cold-bits always reveals), soft, soggy and swimming in tomato sauce.
Read moreWe also ordered French fries for our kids. My five year old ate a few of these oil soaked yellow sticks and, as never before happened with him and French fries, refused to eat anymore and said it made his stomach feel weird.
We took half a bite of our mains and sent them back to the kitchen (just for context, I think I have done this maybe once before in my life).
The waitress was very nice.
Pros: Nice waitress
Cons: Sub-standard food

Delicious - Edit
Ta Fanaria has a vegan section of their menu with plenty of options! I was hoping to have the spinach and rice, but they didn’t have it the day I went. Instead, I got dolmades and briam. Both were super good! I also ordered sliced cucumber and we got complimentary watermelon at the end of our meal :)

Fair choice - Edit
It is enjoyable to have several veg*n options clearly labeled as such on the menu. I have been invited into the kitchen: the meals are prepared in advance, though apparently homemade. So do not expect anything extraordinary with the food you will get...

Great veggie options, perfect for mix company - Edit
My Omni BF and I found this spot on happy cow and we were so glad we did. They have a vegetarian section of their menu, all of which can be veganized, with a ton of salads/soups as well. There is plenty of choices, although the descriptions don't tell you too many about what is in the dish. If you are really concerned, just ask.
Read moreI had the baked eggplant which was €5.50 and sooo filling, along with the seasonal salad. The only complaint is that everything was swimming in olive oil, but this is greece, so it's the best expected.
A perfect lunch spot or to grab a coffee and to read a book.
Would highly recommend.
Pros: great fresh options, veggie menus
Cons: lots of oil

nice to see some vegan options. - Edit
Food was good. Wasn't labelled vegan but they understood when we kept asking to make sure there was no cheese. Was really nice restaurant to sit in. Was central in the old town.

Decent option - Edit
Friendly and tasty. More vegan options than elsewhere in the city. Not many, but enough to have choice.
