Just a good evening

This is my second time at a 'Zusje', only at a different city. Went here as the group I was with wanted to go.

Menu is way smaller than the regular menu but enough to get through the evening. There was some confusion when we got the food though as most vegan dishes are also on the normal menu and after one mistake when I almost ate non vegan nacho's I had to constantly ask if the dishes I got were from the vegan menu as the server's didn't always know it when they brought the food.
Service was friendly and quick though, the home made iced tea's are great and the food did taste okay most of the time. The soup was boring, the nacho's could have done with some vegan cheese, vegetables or guac and it would have been nice to have something for dessert that wasn't fruity.

But overall I stand with my previous opinion that it is a good place to go with others who aren't vegan but not so much with a fully vegan table, though it might make the confusion about whether the dishes are vegan less of a problem.

Pros: Special vegan menu, Friendly staff

Cons: Non informed food servers

Verrukkelijke vegan kaart

Heerlijk eten, aparte Vegan kaart. Super vriendelijke bediening. Wij komen hier zeker vaker terug.

Pros: Aparte Vegan en vegetarische kaart

Cons: Geen nadelen
