Way more vegan options!!

Went back after 2 years and was so pleasantly surprised to find way more clearly labeled vegan items! Didn't look at everything but can share they had vegan broth and tofu at the make your own noodle bar place, jackfruit nuggets at the BBQ place, and the salad bar still looks like a good option.

The salad bar has vegan options

The salad bar has some legit vegan options. The seasoned tofu has a good texture and flavor, the farro salad was quite nice, and the guacamole is amazingly good. There's also pretzels in the grab and go, various chips, sodas, juices.

Pros: There are vegan options

Cons: It's more lacto/ omni friendly.

At least it was cheap.

We had the black bean burger and it was not bad but we weren’t too happy that it was deep fried…wtf?! Also had the vegan French onion soup and it wasn’t bad but wasn’t great either. Also, the popcorn in the IMAX theater was vegan (coconut butter) but way too salty. Bottom line…they could do better to have yummy and healthy options at a science museum of all places. There was a salad bar…but we passed due to COVID.
