This was so good! The mushrooms were our favorite and if you like the texture it is one of the best vegan dishes I've tried.
The vibe is hip and down to earth with great music taste and relaxed service.

I only had a chance to pop in for a take-away dinner, and whilst waiting to have a beer - but I have to say Szabad - Új hely has the perfect feel of the Budapest pubs with fantastic food, drinks, and welcoming vibes.

The place itself has a nice vibe, with some oitdoor seating, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. We tried the daily menu (available on every weekday, consists of a soup and a main dish for 2990,-) which was a french onion soup and penne with a tomato-mushroom sauce - both of them were delicious and they gave rather big portions. And i also had to try the not Fish & chips, made out of jackfruit, and it was just perfect, i would definitely recommend that to try once!

Wir kamen in das Bistro und dachten wir bekommen eine umfangreiche Auswahl an ungarischen Essen. Jedoch gab es auf der Bistrokarte nur die Gulaschsuppe und ein Hauptmenü. Uns wurde erklärt, dass es ein weiteres Lokal, ca 1. Stunde entfernt gibt. Dort hätten wir mehr Auswahl. Die Bilder seien hier in der App vermischt und zeigt Essen aus beiden Lokalen. Ich aß die Gulaschsuppe, die wirklich sehr gelungen ist.
