Caramel shortbread - Edit
We visited last Sunday around noon and it was pretty busy, we were lucky to get a table outside, some guests that came shortly after us found a table but were told that they couldn't be served as it was too busy.
Read moreWe had the Tosti with basil pesto, the broodje Saté, caramel shortbread and Matcha cake. The caramel shortbread was the best, the rest was only okay. The place itself is nice and we may come again.

Leuke spot in het centrum van Deventer. Heel lief personeel, gezellig ingericht, relaxte vibe en het eten was top. Ik had een ‘broodje bal’, twee flat whites en een smoothie.

We ordered the savoury tastery (hartige proeverij) and two pastries. The savoury dishes tasted really good, amongst others the 'tuna' sandwich and courgettini with pesto, walnuts, 'feta' and sundried tomatoes. Also the pastries were nice - the mango cheesecake was a bit dry though.

The place is really cosy and the staff is really friendy. Furthermore it's nice they support eco-friendly and social concepts, such as the good roll, earth coffee/water and sustainable soap.

After eating my cake, of course I was super sad I forgot to take a photo of it beforehand to share with this review. The cake was delicious. Also, I could not remember the last time I had so many choices of cake since becoming vegan. There are also many choices of drinks and the overall atmosphere is great. Friendly staff, lots of plants (and yoga advertisments). I say: Sync okay!

Vegan and gluten free - a rare find - Edit
We had drinks and cake. Liked it so much that we came back for the meal. Would love to come back to try other items on menu. Had jackfruit satay. Attention to detail, taste and quality - it’s all there. Use micro greens grown there. Best tacos ever. All gluten-free and vegan. Rare find. Reasonably priced delight. Outdoor seats

This cafe has a good menu with a nice variety of main meals, drinks and lighter snacks available. It's also very conveniently located if you're spending an afternoon in the town centre!

Wij hadden de jackfruit saté en de BLT sandwich. Die laatste was gemaakt van de schil van bananen. Verder was de kaart niet heel bijzonder, een beetje de standaard lunch gerechten wat ik al wel eerder heb gehad, maar genoeg lekkere opties! Wel was ik positief verrast door de keuze aan drankjes. Mooi terras en ook mooie plekken binnen, ook als je in je eentje bent (dat mis ik vaak). Het idee achter de naam is mooi met dat je offline bent en daardoor echt contact maakt met mensen. Ps. Er was wel de optie voor koemelk in de koffie, erg gek voor een vegan lunchroom.

Heerlijke vegan lunch midden in Deventer - Edit
Heerlijk geluncht bij dit leuke tentje. Er staan lekkere dingen op het menu zoals jackfruit saté en 'bananen bacon'. Daarnaast vond ik zelf de Aeropress koffie erg lekker. We snapten alleen niet helemaal waarom er nog koemelk op het menu staat, verder is alles vegan.

This is the only truly vegan place in Deventer, so look no further if you're vegan and looking for a friendly place for some breakfast or lunch. Plenty of tasty options, with new additions to the menu every now and then. The smoothies/shakes are fantastic. Ordering out gets you the same high quality.

Omdat er niet genoeg schijfruimte is om mijn review ook in het Nederlands te plaatsen, hier een korte samenvatting: Deze leuke en gezellige plek met super vriendelijk personeel is echt geweldig! Prijs / kwaliteit verhouding is top, we hadden de proeverij en beide een vol bord met hartige dingen om te proeven en een zoete proeverij gedeeld. Super lekker en puur allemaal en veel inspiratie opgedaan om thuis te gaan koken! Ongelofelijk dat alles vegan was. Aanrader: de milkshake mango / limoen / kokosmelk! Leuk dat je ook producten kan kopen, zoals de vegan Parmezaanse kaas. Bijzonder ook dat je hier uitgenodigd word je tijd zonder telefoon/schermen door te brengen. We hebben super erg genoten van ons bezoek en komen hiervoor zeker een keer terug naar Deventer!

What a pleasant surprise this place was! We found this gem in Deventer through HappyCow. We chose a tasting (proeverij) of both savory and sweet dishes. Really recommend! It all tasted so good and pure! And you could tell that this place and the food is born out of love and passion 🥰
It was super nice to be able to taste so much different dishes with a tasting (proeverijtje) and to get inspiration to get started in the kitchen myself! The price / quality ratio is great, we both got a very full plate with all kinds of different savory things to taste. Then we shared a sweet tasting (proeverij), we even got a knife to do everything in half ☺️ We really enjoyed ourselves. We recommend the milkshake mango / lime / coconut milk!
I can't believe everything we got was vegan. And so inspiring to see what is possible without using animal products. Also nice that you can buy some products, such as the vegan Parmesan cheese!
We were able to sit outside, but it also looked very nice inside! The staff was super friendly, and made time for my questions (due to a special diet) and a chat. We were really made to feel welcome. Also nice that you are invited to take some time without telephones / screens, what a relief! And also quite challenging and confronting, when you notice how automatically you always reach for your phone 😅 I ended up only using it to take a picture of the great looking food.
Unfortunately we live an hour's drive from Deventer, but we really want to go there again for SYNC OK!
