Organic restaurant and bar that cooks only vegan food and uses no tap water. Only water from own reverse osmosis plant is used, even for coffee and drinks. Lunch menu features salads, warm dishes, dips and bread. Evening meals are an international a la carte menu with organic wine and juice from the Saxony region. Fri-Sat serves breakfast until 4pm, lunch from 12-4pm, then dinner. Sunday is brunch 9:30am - 3:00pm then evening menu. Since 2013 took over the location Restaurant Eden and in 2014 menu switched from vegetarian to vegan. Reported closed September 2023.

Every single dinner item contains garlic - Edit
According to the (friendly) waitress and the also friendly cook, it is — quote — "generally not possible to prepare *any* vegan dinner without garlic". I thought they were fooling around at first and took it as friendly teasing but they meant it. We had to leave without having eaten anything, for the first time world-wide in a vegan restaurant. Nothing, not even a salad with tofu or anything else could be prepared garlic-free according to the team.

Das Restaurant hat ausreichend Plätze und eine vielfältige Speisekarte. Habe bereits mehrfach gegessen von Bowls, Salate, Avocado Booster etc. Es ist sehr lecker und zu empfehlen.

I've been here on two occasions. One time I shared two main courses with my sister. They were decent but didn't impress us much... Bit expensive. On the other occasion I had a cheese breakfast which was kind of disappointing. The cheese was predominantly creamy. In a variety of four cheeses, I had expected at least one solid cheese. The mozzarella was tasteless. I also had a zauberkakao which was quite good but not stunning. In my opinion, the food is okay but not worth the price.

Our super quality staff lives on that job and derserves super quality treatment, yes, not only from us as an entrepreneur. Furthermore, u should be honest: Main stuff starts at 9.50€. Everything we had was excellent! Went with my vegan Gf and her omnivore parents. They are always a bit suspicious about vegan food. Nonetheless we all had a great meal! They are used to a high standard of food but they "still" really liked the Scrambled Eggs and the Salami and everything.

We’ve had some great vegan breakfast including pancakes, scrambled tofu, bread and a curcuma latte. It was all really delicious, but also really expensive compared to the small portions. Vegan food doesn’t have to be as expensive anymore ;)

Great quality organic food - Edit
A beautiful place for a meal. Everything was delicious, with seasonal ingredients and some very creative dishes. I had the buckwheat pancakes and they were very flavoursome. Desserts were spectacular. The only con is that the menu was confusing with only some things labelled vegan - it's all vegan but if I hadn't had German speakers with me I might not have found that out. Highly recommended - and rest assured it's all vegan.

I came here twice. The second time, not necessarily because I wanted to, but it was the closest place that was not closed.
Read moreI had goulasch and tempeh burger; the portions are average sized. I felt they could've done a bit more with the ingredients, especially with the burger (the tempeh was less than 1-cm thick), as the ratio of protein is quite low and I can't really sustain myself very long with small side salads.
The house coffee is okay, not great, but okay.
Service is a bit stoic; they were slightly warmer and more efficient the second time around.
Nothing wrong really, except with the cost. I don't see anything on the plate that justifies that (cabbage, potato, lettuce, bread... ?)

Sonntagsbrunch war gut, aber die Auswahl war etwas klein und der Nachschub lief etwas lückenhaft. Man sollte Zeit mitbringen, nicht dass es super lange dauert, aber in Ruhe zu brunchen ist ohnehin gemütlicher.

Viele Gäste hatten nicht vegane Freunde/Familie mitgebracht. Um die zu überzeugen wären vegane Speisen gut, die jeder kennt (z.B. Antipasti, Farmersalat, Marmelade...).

My vegan husband went for dinner and had the Caesar style sandwich. The dressing was really nice, but it wasn’t anything spectacular, especially for the high price. He had them add smoked cheese, which greatly improved the taste. It’s a nice place for dinner because he was with a large group and they could still hear each other.

This 100% vegan restaurant is a cozy nice place with a very nice waitress. The meal is in bio-quality and is made fresh in the kitchen of the restaurant. That's why the waiting time for the food is a bit longer. You can choose your drink from a huge menu of different drinks (like smoothies, juices, detox water...). The meal-menu is shorter but the food is excellent and I can truly recommend to visit this nice place!

I found the food absolutely amazing. I had some sort of vegan "roast" made of lentils and mushrooms and other vegetables, with a sumptuous vegan take on smoked cheese and hollandaise sauce. Don't forget to try their local bio beers, too. The short menu encourages me: it's probably freshly prepared.

Read more1. we only use organic ingredients
2. we do not use any processed food or ingredients
3. we do not use tap water for any food or mixed drink. We run our own reverse osmosis purification plant, which even feeds the coffee machine.
So, we don't want to be cheap, because this would mean we could not reach our goals. But we have reasonable prices.
