We walked all the way here from the A concourse just to find out the Impossible Meatballs were not available. The server could not find the ingredients for the burger bun.

Solid airport meal - Edit
No complaints, $20 (which i feel is normal for an airport meal) for the farro salad with the impossible meatballs and vegan mozz on top. Honestly too much food for me, but tasted great and was made in about 15 minutes. Just very out of the way from the rest of the airport, but a perk of terminal E

Seems to have real cheese (and gaslighting) - Edit
Either has the most realistic vegan mozzarella I’ve ever had or they just put real mozzarella on the impossible burger and continue to claim it is “veggie mozzarella” after I double checked it is not dairy. Up to you to decide but I didn’t feel comfortable eating it.

my flight was delayed so as usual i was initially bummed since airports rarely have anything vegan, but found this place with AMAZING impossible meatballs (with vegan mozzarella!), delicious fries and perfectly crafted cider. will absolutely be stopping by any time i come through. staff is so sweet too!

I’m looking forward to the vegan meatballs next time as they were out, but the burger did not disappoint. It was the cheeziest burger I’ve ever had. No worries about a dry bun. It was hard to hold, but so moist and flavorful =^) Tasty beers too

Horrible quality - Edit
Ordered the Farro Salad (comes with Parm and Dairy in the Lemon dressing), and everything tasted horrendous. Lettuce was brown, dried tomatoes had white on them, farro was dry and cold, sweet potato was sickly orange and excessively soft, and there was no replacement dressing. Would not recommend ordering the salad.

The impossible burger has Kale Slaw on it which does contain egg (mayonnaise). Order without.

Great find for the CLT airport! - Edit
We stopped here randomly because it was near our gate, only intending to grab a drink. I was so surprised to see two vegan options on the menu! Had to get the impossible meatballs with vegan mozzarella just to try them- and they were great! Service was lovely and there is plenty of seating.
