Two coffee-lovers serving specialty coffee from Swedish micro-roasteries in a 1972 Mercedes truck. Always offer vegetable milk based coffee drinks. Salad of the day is always vegan, as are half of the cakes. Everything is gluten-free. Location can vary but information can be found on their Instagram page. Open Thu-Sun 09:00-12:00, 13:00-17:00. Closed until June for the Summer season.

Awesome coffee, staff and pancakes - Edit
This old truck and it's yard seating is incredibly cozy. The staff is attentive and spread joy and the coffee is sublime.
Read moreEven better are the pancakes - whole grain and indulgently topped with peanut butter, granola, berries and more. Would love to try their lunch as well!
Pros: Nice staff, tasty, healthy, good coffee.
Cons: Charges extra for plant milk.
