A very healthy option for vegans!

Stopped by for lunch here to meet my friend because we both wanted something healthy and not greasy, oily or fried since we're both trying to eat better. And man, they did not disappoint! The entire place is laid out cafeteria style so you literally tell them whatever you want. They do have pre designed salad bowls and grain bowls but I really wanted to experiment and dive in so I created my own bowl. The food was so good and even though the bowl was huge and I ate all of it, I didn't feel heavy or tired or anything like you normally would after a heavy meal. I just felt energized! I'm a vegan so I added an assortment of veggies but the main things I wanted to be sure to add was the tofu, chickpeas and roasted sweet potatoes and they were terrific! Even the bread was amazing! 5 full stars! I will definitely be back! I love all the vegan restaurants in SA and while they are all very tasty, not many can claim to be "healthy" so I do appreciate these guys for being that option!

Pros: Fresh veggies, good portions, Lots of variety of foods and vegan options, Even the breads are vegan

Cons: Price is a little high but understandable
