Would have liked to see maybe one or two more vegan protein options, but the salad was great.

The bowls in which they serve their salads have been linked to cancer! Until they address this problem, I won’t be going back. Also, they don’t compost. 😑

There are a few vegan base options here and most menu items can be veganized, making for a lot of vegan options. The staff are good at following customization instructions. I like the Shroomami bowl and variations of some of the salads. Long lines are frequent but move quite quickly; their process seems to be very streamlined. The staff here are efficient yet very personable and friendly.
