Safe bet in busy midtown - Edit
This is a clean, attractive counter-serve salad place in which most of the ingredients are locally sourced, and where you can custom make your own healthy vegan salad. They also have a few pre-designed vegan options as well, such as the "shroomami bowl." This branch has some limited seating, but is mostly for takeout. It's not a place I would go out of my way for, but I have found the food at Sweetgreen is always good, and it is fine for a quick healthy lunch.
