This branch of Sweetgreen is across the street from Columbia University; it is a good place to get a healthy salad or similar. You can custom-make your own salad or order from a menu. I have always be satisfied with their food.
Read moreOnly a few items listed on the menu are actually vegan, though others can be altered to make them vegan. I wish it were the reverse: that is, I wish that more of the default items were vegan, which could possibly then be altered for those who want otherwise.

Humongous portion and fresh ingredients! - Edit
I got the lentil avocado salad and was seriously impressed, as well as unable to to finish it. I had the other half for breakfast!
