I dream of sweet green - Edit
Sweetgreen has pretty high prices but INSANE topping options! The bread is delicious and crusty, the sautéed mushrooms are so earthy, and the sweet potatoes are perfectly cooked. I love adding body to my salads and sweetgreen has the most options that satisfy that want.

Tried their Shroomami salad and loved it. Asked extra avo and watermelon and oh my god! Best combo ever. They only have one listed vegan option but of course you can create your own bowl.

Surprised with good food - Edit
We ended up here after our first choice was closed in Monday’s. Was pleasantly surprised by the build your own salad with a few hearty vegan options. Some almost options had honey.
