Nothing to rave about

I ordered a make your own salad from Sweetgreen. I appreciate that you can customize the ingredients and that they have tofu as a protein. Unfortunately the tofu was a bit dry and chewy. The food wasn't bad by any means, it just wasn't very memorable and if given a choice I probably would prefer eating something else next time over eating here.
