Great cheap, healthy option - Edit
Sweet green has good ingredients and it's really easy to modify or build your own bowl. Tofu is the vegan protein, or you can add chickpeas or black beans to a bowl (black beans have cumin).

My favorite is the miso sesame ginger dressing with kale, wild rice, purple cabbage, spicy broccoli, and sweet potato.
