Fresh and flavorful

We ate this several times a week when a family member was in a nearby hospital. They really pack the bowls, so even if you end up paying $12-15 for a bowl or salad, it’s like a 2lb bowl that will last you for more than one meal. The tofu, portobellos, and wild rice were especially well seasoned, and this is the only place I can get raw beets that don’t taste like dirt. I love the cilantro lime jalapeño dressing, and the spicy cashew dressings. It will come with free sourdough, but the vegan rosemary focaccia is a great add-on.
