Harvest bowl - Edit
I love the many salad options that they have, but my absolute fave is the Harvest Bowl. It contains fruit, nuts, and I sub chicken for their delicious tofu.

I go to college around here so it's great to have a quick healthy vegan option in between classes. They have lots of vegan options and you can check their website for all of them. The salads are good portion size, I was afraid I might get a tiny salad. Very nutritious and tasty, not to mention beautiful. I will definitely come back here whenever I'm in the mood for a quick salad.

Can’t go wrong with a salad. They have lots of vegan protein options as well. Tofu, lentils, chickpeas, and broccoli. Hearty options like quinoa and rice as well as avocado. Mostly all the dressings are vegan and everything is labeled appropriately on their menu. You can create your own salad with up to four toppings not including seeds or dressing quinoa and rice can be mixed with lettuce options and doesn’t count as a topping either $6.75. Additional regular toppings for .40 each. Premium toppings $2-&2.75. Comes with free bread.

Really great vegan/vegetarian options - Edit
Even though it's not a vegan establishment, the vegan/vegetarian options are just everything. The restaurant is SO clean. The staff is SO amazing/excellent customer service. Ready for my 20 questions on my first visit, lol! Really nice ambiance as well.
