Big Salad! - Edit
I love so much about this place, the mission statement, the big salad that’s super customizable, the people are always so nice and the salads come with a piece of whole wheat sourdough:). I do wish they toasted their bread, their tofu wasn’t so dry (at least when I always get it) and that they offered edamame as a topping. But I’m so thankful for a big salad place on Pearl and the price is super reasonable. I always feel better/healthier after I go here:)

Good quick lunch/on the go - Edit
This is a great place to come if you are looking to get a quick and nutritious bite to eat. They have selections to choose from, or you can build your own salad/bowl. I got the Shroomami bowl which I really enjoyed, and it was very filling. Good portion sizes for price. Nice area and great spot to come with friends!

Fresh and customizable - Edit
The takeout containers are mostly recyclable and compostable. It was pretty filling and the dressing options were delicious. It is easy to swap substitutions for veggies.
