Serves its purpose - Edit
Sometimes when you are traveling, food just needs to serve a purpose in filling a hungry belly. Finding vegan food while on the road and on a schedule makes things a little more complicated. This did the trick. Nothing memorable, nor very flavorful, but fresh and straightforward. Foods well labeled so you can make sure to find what you need.
