I usually eat here at least once whenever I visit my mom in Littleton. It works for us since she and my step-dad aren't veggie. If you're not familiar with the chain, there's a humongous salad bar, as well as a pasta bar, soups, baked goods, and a little dessert bar. One of the soups is usually vegan, and usually another is vegetarian. This place isn't going to blow you away, but for a quick healthy meal for the family, it's good.
Pros: healthy, good value, family-friendly
Cons: nothing exciting
