Tons of salad options and at least one vegan dressing. All items in restaurant are marked vegan, vegetarian, etc. Always one vegan soup, both kale soup and black bean soup are yummy.

Huge selection of items on the salad bar, raw veggies, beans, and quinoa. All items clearly marked vegan. They also have a soup and potato bar. Vegan soup selection clearly labeled vegan. Great place for groups with different diets to eat.

Yummy salad bar - Edit
One thing I love about Sweet Tomatoes is they have very clearly marked whether a food is vegetarian or vegan. They change their menu seasonally and almost always have great vegetarian options. I never feel restricted when I come here.
