Good salads and soups for vegans.

For vegans, it is a salad bar - not much else. - Edit
Large salad bar, with pre-prepared salads and make-your-own. All the pre-prepared are not vegan (although one of the employees did offer to make me one without cheese when I inquired about one that looked like it might be - I declined, but it was nice!) They also have soups - about 8 (2 are vegetarian but have cheese - 0 are vegan). They have baked potatoes, and baked sweet potatoes - but only the sweet potatoes are marked vegan. I asked about how the others were baked, and they are vegan too. I topped mine with olive oil from the salad bar. They also have two breads - sourdough and indian, that aren't marked vegan, but they looked up the ingredients and are. All the other baked goods are not vegan.
Pros: Nice salad bar, Nice employees
Cons: Not many vegan options other than salad
