Amazing Vegan Afternoon Tea

Recently had an afternoon tea here, and it was so good!! The scones were the best vegan scones I've tried so far, cakes all amazing and loads of food given. No vegan clotted cream, I think it was just squirty cream, but I won't hold that against them! The sandwiches were a little bland and less inventive than the cakes (hummus, cucumber, avocado etc) but this didn't take away from the experience.

You could easily share one afternoon tea between two, if you want stuff to take away then get one each.

Staff were very friendly and attentive. I can see one person had a really bad time here, but we came across no such issues! 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Pros: Awesome vegan choices , Very tasty, Professional standard food

Cons: Some of the sandwiches are a little uninventive

Fabulous Biscoff Cupcake

I arrived towards closing time, so only take-away was possible. That was fine for me, though the place seems lovely for sitting in too.

I had the Biscoff Cupcake - it was splendid. Fine cake, excellent buttercream, and it had a surprise core too - yummy!

They have several vegan options, so if you're not into Biscoff I'm sure they will have something else you can get excited about too!

Awful experience

Rude, aggressive manager with no customer service skills. Embarrassing behaviour from her, doesn’t listen to customers or try to resolve problems. No customer service, over booked ‘stack them high, sell them cheap’ environment. No class. Rushed us to finish even though we hadn’t had the advertised time of 90 minutes.
Advertised as ‘bottomless’ is not!!
No proper cutlery, cake forks and teaspoons missing. No milk or cream brought when told they would.
I don’t recommend and will never go there again.
