Mild positive

We had a lot of trouble finding this place. When we walked in the owner told us the veggie burger was the only item on offer that day but promised it would be the best veggie burger we’d ever had. Well...it was fine. He served it on a pita with sprouts, carrots, avocado, and vegan cheese (tasted like Daiya or similar). We took it to go but it was very messy and fell apart immediately. The service was also very slow even though we were the only ones there. I’d probably give this one a pass in the future.

Pros: Local food, Friendly owner

Cons: No menu, Very limited selection , Slow service

Great place in town!

Our party of 6 showed up unannounced and we were immediately served some appetizers, and drinks. No menu so we ordered "some of everything". Large portions of stewed tofu, pasta, veggies, potatoes, and more. All delicious. Tamarind drinks were great.

The place is small, so be ready to carry out if needed. Very friendly owner. The location is only a block off the shopping district on a very small road. Look for the sign. I make it to the area once a year and will definitely be back next trip!

Pros: friendly staff, All vegan, local vibe

Worth A Visit

We were looking for more interesting vegan food (only hummus at the few restaurants that had anything). The owner was friendly and interesting. He had his own vegeie burger recipe as well as a sampler dish. We ordered the sampler and passion fruit juice. All was very good. He later gave us a taste of some sorrel tea which was excellent! Only one other patron in the tiny place...a other local. We're planning to return and try the veggie burger next. Google maps got us there easily.

Pros: Comfortable atmosphere, Unique food

Cons: Only 2 choices.

Hidden gem!

Absolutely delicious food! Very small little spot felt like I was eating at his house...which maybe I was :D No menu just tells you what is available that day. We were served veggie burgers on pita bread with tons of veggies with a side of rice and spinach! A bit hard to find but just call him up. He stood out on the street to help us and even gave us a parking spot. Will definitely be going back!

Pros: All vegan! Delicious food! Great music!
