Hurry! They are closing mid November 2020!

I am truly sad that their doors will be closing in a few short weeks. Fyi, per owner: not covid 19 related. Need personal change.

Food is amazing, owner and staff great, good ambiance and best lemonade! Also grab some dessert while you are there. The kabobs are my favorite along with sweet n sour chiken. So yummy!

Pros: All Vegan, Great Food, Healthy Menu

Great food and service

This restaurant is very good about taking precautions with COVID and the service and food are fantastic. Many different vegan options and portions are worth the price.

Tasty food

I used to go to this place all the time when I worked about 10 minutes away. The family that runs it is very sweet and the food is delicious. Support this place.

Great portions

Really enjoyed eating here! I had the gourmet ramen which was huge and so tasty. It came with soy protein that had a bit of a strange texture which put me off at first... I had to do a double take of the signage around me and check it was all vegan as I was worried my food had been mixed up with actual meat! But it was good! Only gone with 4 stars as the soy protein put me off a little bit and the atmosphere isn’t 5 stars. It’s a great vibe for lunch but not sure I’d pick it for dinner again.

Pros: Big portions , Lots of options, Friendly servers

Cons: Odd soy protein , Atmosphere

Good food but lacking atmosphere

Food was tasty and it’s all entirely vegan, but the only issue was the restaurant wasn’t very cosy. I had the Thai wrap and the peanut sauce was delicious!

Pros: Entirely vegan, Tasty food

Cons: Lack of atmosphere

Wonderful Place To Eat

Some of the best vegan food I’ve ever had in Portland. The service was excellent and the place was very clean and enjoyable to eat in. I ordered the Noble Noodles and my boyfriend ordered the Eden Tofu, both came out within minutes of being ordered. Their vegan Thai tea was very tasty and they even offer hand pressed fresh lemonade. One of Portland’s best!

Pros: All vegan, So many options including extensive desserts, Friendly, funny, helpful staff.

Cons: Nothing!!

Yum in the ‘burbs

Stoked to find this gem in the middle of the suburbs. Been coming back for years. Delicious, fresh, and all vegan. Gluten free options are clearly noted.

Pros: Ingredients clearly listed, GF options, Delicious

Cons: In the suburbs, In a strip mall

On of my favorite vegan places to eat

Their food is pricey but you have to appreciate the fact that 1: it tastes good, 2: the portions are huge and 3: they use non gmo/organic ingredients. Their food is so good. Their kebabs and spring rolls are amazing! Their pistachio dessert is godly 🙌🏻 it’s in a really nice neighborhood too. I love it.

Pros: Lots and lots of options to choose from , Big portions

Cons: Pricey

The best

This place is one of my favorite restaurants. It’s definitely the best option for vegans and vegetarians on the west side. I always order the Thai iced tea. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

Pros: All Vegan, Vegan ramen!, Super friendly owner and staff

Cons: Closed on Sundays and holidays

disappointing

Based on all the five star reviews I thought this was a sure thing. Salad rolls were average. Peanut sauce is Bland, potstickers were loose and undercooked. There was really nothing special about this place at all.

Cons: no taste to the food

Vegan Potstickers and HumBao!!

Oh man. My husband and I were supposed to be sharing the potstickers, but I almost slapped his hand away. Fried rice, dumpling soup... We ate way too much and still wanted more. And then there was dessert... black forest cake: an airy, chocolaty cake, with a little cherry juice soaked into the bottom layer... then covered with fluffy white whipped cream on top. I will be making a special trip from Seattle just to stop here again!

Pros: Everything here was vegan, even the five different

Cons: Not enough space in my stomach for all of the thin

One of the best overall restaurants in Portland!

We visited for four days and tried almost 20 vegan places, stuffing ourselves with what Portland has to offer. Sweet Lemon is one of the top (our other fav is Farm Spirit, must try). The food is even better than what we had in Asia!
The owners are the nicest people. They are so friendly, caring and sincere. It was so nice talking to them.
Many dessert items.

Pros: amazing food, must try them out!, great owners, everything tastes great

Cons: none

Dont understand the good reviews

This is one of the first vegan restaurants Ive tried and I thought the food was bland and lacking value. Had the vermecelli bowl and bunbohue but they were 2 stars at best. The five star reviews are a bit suspicious as with many loving hut restaurants.

Cons: Expensive, small portions, not good.

I asked them about their fortune cookies.

Well thanks to the review that was posted recently, I had to go check it out and ask them about it for I am a regular customer. Being a regular customer I could not believe the fact that their fortune cookies were not vegan. The staff there told me that the ingredient list on the box itself is wrong. I was told that they order from a company that custom makes fortune cookies, and that in order to cut back on costs use pre-made boxes which have the wrong ingredient list. So basically the fortune cookies are in fact vegan, and so is everything else. If anyone decides to try them out, order pad thai, purity, and gourmet ramen! Those are my absolute favorite items on the menu!

Pros: Great staff, Great food, Just positive vibes

Cons: Well some of the items are love or hate.

Not Vegan!

I would give this 0 cows, but for some reason HappyCow forces me to give it at least 2.

We were initially impressed that a place could have so many vegan desserts available, when so many common dessert ingredients are non-vegan. I was particularly impressed that they had (free!) vegan fortune cookies, when most fortune cookies are not vegan.

However, there were some empty fortune cookie boxes by the restroom with the ingredients printed on the side. You know, the big cardbord boxes they ship fortune cookies to the restaurant in bulk in. These clearly stated that the fortune cookies contain WHEY, which is an animal product.

I can no longer trust this restaurant and will not return. Who knows what other animal products are lurking in this so-called "vegan" cuisine.

Cons: Not vegan

good food!

The food was delicious! I was skeptical about portion size after reading some reviews that said they were small, but to my excitement, they were good-sized portions. Furthermore, the staff was super helpful and nice. I'll definitely be coming back!

Good Vegan Restaurent

This is good Vegan Restaurant for Fresh Food. Very nice lady boos in the kitchen and friendly man at the counter. Nice, clean & friendly atmosphere and fresh food (mostly good).

Watch out few minor things, as crispy stir-fry noodles is not what you would get, instead you may get deep fried or made earlier hard noodles (avoid this item as they may say yes, it's stir-fired noodles but they won't serve you).

Pros: Only Vegan, Freshly Made, Mostly Organic Veg

Cons: Language of Stir-Fry is not universal, Some off-the shelf items added
