Bakery offering vegan cakes, muffins, cookies, and at least one vegan sandwich. Open Wed-Thu 7:30am-7:00pm, Fri 7:30am-8:00pm, Sat 8:00am-8:00pm, Sun 8:00am-6:00pm.
Closed Mon & Tue.
We ordered a cake for a birthday... it was pretty, but tasted so bad no one could eat it. The cream cheese tasted like butter, the cake was really dry, dense & textured was like hay. Didn't take like a carrot cake at all. The owner tasted it and said all requested ingredients were in the cake, so it is OK. LOL! This place is a joke. Staff is rude. So many nice places for coffee, sandwiches and desserts on Wellington street, make yourself a favor and do not go to Sweet Lee!
Sweet Lee has been opened for a while now. They just changed the decor and it looks more like a cozy tea house now Today I had a decaf oat milk latte, and a vegan layered cake.
They don’t have many vegan options though.
Overall, the experience was great. I love the muted ambience.
There are more and more cake, cookie and pastry options as time goes, but frankly it’s a little pricey and not the most delicious to my taste. Service is often hectic.
I love a good muffin and sweet lees always has a handful of flavours of vegan ones! They also have full sized and small sized vegan cakes. I got the orange raspberry with vanilla icing the other day and it was only $40 and was enough to feed my family of 12 and everyone loved it! So tasty.

Good but a little too sweet - Edit
The bakery itself is super nice and classy, but the pastry I tried was a tad too sweet. Also expensive, but that was kinda expected.
