I had a medium Charlie's banana split. I think I thought it would be more like a traditional banana split, and not three slices of banana for the banana part of the sundae. The ice cream was good and the strawberry and chocolate sauces were delicious with the ice creams, I think I thought it was going to be more than it was.

You’re probably used to getting ice cream on your summer vacation and if you’re vegan or have a dairy allergy you can maaaybe get one flavor and no toppings and that’s that. Sweet Izzy turns that on its head, with both soft serve, hard serve, milkshakes, and sundaes ALL vegan and gluten free. This stuff is delicious: none of that weird vegan ice cream aftertaste you get at some places, and the portions are legit. We go literally every night we’re in Cape Cod, with a different order each night, and are NEVER disappointed.

I went a couple times and got delicious ice cream and awesome service each time. I went once and had Hope wait on me and she was very helpful and super sweet. I got a twisted Izzy with vanilla soft serve and vegan “m&m”s and “Oreo”s mixed in. The second time I went, I was waited on by Nick who is truly a joy. He was super helpful and had great energy. I got a chocolate and vanilla twist with “Oreo”s and hot fudge. Seriously so good. Wish we had one of these in NH!

This was not only the best ice cream I’d ever had, but their brownie sundae may have been the best dessert of my life! My boyfriend and I were in town and discovered this gem and were there 4 times in 3 days. We even had their waffle breakfast one of the days. All of the flavors we tried were perfection. I first went to Sweet Izzy when it opened in 2020, and I've been back a few times since. The owner and staff are always so friendly. I love making my own sundae and getting fun vegan toppings that you can't get anywhere else on the Cape. But the ice cream always tastes a little off to me. It's probably the coconut base (they use a coconut/oat mix), which I can taste in every flavor I've tried. If they made a fully oat-based ice cream, I'd be all over it.

Delicious soft serve, hard serve, and sauces (caramel is my favorite). Came here with my non-vegan family and they really enjoyed it as well! My dad’s favorite is the mint chip. Everything I’ve tried has been great, but the pumpkin spice (soft serve or hard serve) can’t be beat! Coffee oreo is also a favorite and I need to try the coffee soft serve next time it’s available! Their whipped cream is some of the best I’ve had.

Not a ton of flavors, but you don’t need a lot when it’s done so well. I got two (big) scoops of salted caramel in a waffle cone. I’m not sure which base that flavor uses, but I couldn’t taste any background coconut or almond flavors, just really delicious salted caramel! I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area. (And maybe I’ll remember to take a picture before it’s mostly gone!)

Summer Strawberry Sundae is to live for!! - Edit
The sundae was absolutely delicious! Wish I had taken a photo! Later, when talking with the owner, found out that the strawberries are organic AND the owner said 93% of all the ingredients used are also organic!!! My 13 yr old non-vegan son loved the coffee Oreo ice cream! We will keep going back!😊
