Close your business - Edit
I placed an order for my husband's birthday cake well in advance, only to find out on the day of pickup that the staff had completely forgotten to pass the order form to the kitchen. It had been left sitting between some files — absolutely unacceptable. How can a business take an order and then fail to deliver it because of such negligence? Imagine if this had been a wedding or another major event — the consequences could have been far worse.
Read moreThis level of disorganisation and lack of accountability is beyond disappointing. It makes me question how this place is even being run. Perhaps the staff are overworked and underpaid, or maybe there’s simply no training or communication in place. Either way, all we received after the chaos was an insincere apology that felt anything but genuine.
Thanks to Sweet Brew, my husband’s birthday was ruined. I truly hope this serves as a wake-up call for the business — or that it seriously reevaluates its operations. If not, it’s only a matter of time before more people have experiences like this.

Chai is 👌🏽 - Edit
Been searching for a delicious loose leaf chai in Darwin and this homemade one is hands down the best! Haven’t tried the food yet however there is 4-5 options on the menu. Friendly staff.

Yum - Edit
Limited vegan options. The smooshed avo & lean green can be made vegan. I enjoyed the smooshed avo with vegan feta. Happy to see they had a vegan dessert cupcake was okay.

Better places to eat - Edit
It's a cute little place but the food is just average. There are better cafes to eat at in Darwin. I ordered the smashed avo (first homeowner finale) and it was nice but the toast was so hard to cut into and it was slightly burnt. Many places do smashed avo on toast a lot better to be honest. The watermelon juice was the highlight of my breakfast experience. My partner said the GF toast and sides he ordered were nice. The bread is homemade in the bakery here which is a unique feature.

Cons: Average food, Not an amazing amount of vegan choices , Burnt toast

Well decorated and good vibe - Edit
Nice cafe with a local vibe which has been tastefully appointed. There’s a couple of marked vegan options for both breakfast and lunch. Good strong coffee.
