An exclusively vegan & allergen free bakery. As of March 2024, operates out of a commercial kitchen where the customer will pick up orders by appointment. In or around August 2024, a brick 'n mortar bakery is planned to open. Cakes, pies, pastries, breads, cookies, candy and gelato are all free of gluten, refined sugar, soy, and nuts.

Read moreI never thought it could be possible to achieve that kind of flavor, texture and sweetness without any of the traditional ingredients (flour, eggs, milk and refined sugar).
What you have been able to cook it is so delicious!
I appreciate what you are offering for all those kind of people who has many restrictions, you are giving to all of them the opportunity to continue enjoying amazing deserts with no a guilty feeling for going against their dietary restrictions.
