Sweet Basil-Beaumont

Shout out for vegan/vegetarian options in a veggie-food desert! I had the tofu spring roll, tofu-veggie pho and side of fresh sautéed veggies. It was lovely. After 2 nights of sad-sad eats-this was the bright light I needed. I recommend this wholeheartedly given the choices in this area.

Pros: Grilled tofu has a slightly smokey flavor., Veggie pho broth was rich and flavorful.

Cons: The atmosphere was like eating in a barn., The environment was cold and cavernous. , The tofu banh mi was sad sad sad.

Vegan Pho!!!

Not 100% vegan but MANY vegan options. Nice atmosphere & good food. The vegan tofu spring rolls and crispy rolls were both very good appetizers. Had the vegan pho - was quite good with generous veg & tofu & came with all the garnish. We will be back!!!! #Veganuary

Best rolls ever!!!

I always order the vegan crunch rolls and vegetable rice with no eggs. And let me tell y'all those rolls are sooo good. They never let me down. However the vegetable rice could use some more seasoning. They have a few more vegan options on the menu that I've never tried, but I'm sure it's good! I would give 5 stars, but Happy Cow doesn't allow that for restaurants that aren't 100% vegan. Definitely a reliable spot for my plant based eaters.

Pros: They've got options for everyone!
