Sad.

On Wednesday, February 14, 2018 (yes, Valentine’s Day), the women in this bakery pushed my sister out of the door of their establishment because she wanted to make an inquiry about a cake that was not even baked or prepared yet. They NEVER answer the phone and force customers to communicate via email or come the shop.
To give some more context on what exactly ocurred, we were emailing someone from this bakery regarding a surprise birthday cake. Not only do not they not answer the phone, they are not even prompt about answering emails. We had to send 2 emails per question to receive a one line response several days later. The woman with the high-pitched, obnoxious voice accused us of emailing her upwards of 20 times. That was definitely not the case. The was a total of 11 emails exchanged; 8 were my request and 4 were responses from the bakery. We went into the bakery to PURCHASE Valentine’s Day treats and realized the cake that was originally ordered was not nearly big enough. My sister politely requested to up the cake size but because these women are so stressed out, overworked, and downright nasty, they disregarded her request so she stood there until she was acknowledged like the human being she is. The women grew frustrated and stated that she was CRAZY and they were cancelling her order. They all bashed her and referred to her as annoying, naggy, and needy and proceeded to cancel her order. The woman with the obnoxious, high-pitched voice proceeded to PUSH her out of the bakery and has the audacity to threaten to call the police on her.
Listen up people, I don’t care how many good Vegan cakes they can make, it does not make up for what I consider the WORST customer service experience I have ever witnessed in my entrie 27 years of life. First and foremost, YOU NEVER EVER comment on someone’s mental health. Secondly, if the customer sends 50 emails and has 100 requests, guess what? You deal with it because the consumer is PAYING you to do a job and provide a quality service. These cakes are purchased in full prior to even receiving the product.
In short, these women are bullies. The first time I went into this bake shop, I noticed they were a bit catty but I after this experience, I have leanred that they are just downright mean girls. They behave they way that they do because of their reputation. PLEASE DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY AT A PLACE THAT TREATS CONSUMERS LIKE A NUISANCE, AND CERTAINLY DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY AT A PLACE THAT DOES NOT EVEN KNOW HO
