Very YUMMY 🤤 - Edit
We ordered a bunch of stuff then went back for sweet treats. They were really accommodating to me because I have a weird food allergy and made a substitution so I could order.

Best cinnamon rolls ever - Edit
The pastries are where it’s at here. The big momma cinnamon roll is the best cinnamon roll I think I’ve ever had. Their coffee and regular food is just okay.

Everything has been fantastic!
Read moreI'm partial to the Zora Neal Hurston as someone who appreciates Eatonville, FL and Zora, but also because it's just damn delicious, but you can't go wrong.
The staff is friendly and the atmosphere has a great vibe.
I enjoy riding my bike there but parking nearby is usually not that bad. I'm always looking for another opportunity to go back for sweets or a meal.

Loved It - Edit
This place was delicious and had such a wonderful vibe. I had the breakfast sandwich and it was exactly what I was looking for. They also had a lovely variety of fresh, homemade baked goods so I picked up a Lemon Blueberry Cinnamon Roll as well on impulse. Really cute place that I would definitely visit again!

Unbelievable! - Edit
Amazing amazing amazing- their cupcakes are a must!!! Never had better vegan frosting… My mom and I stopped in and she absolutely loved the hand breaded chicken sandwich, I got the sweet burger with a few extra add ons - I don’t think I’ve had a better house-made patty! Everyone there was so sweet and I loved the atmosphere too, empowering to say the least (:

Do yourself a favor….get the Big Mama Cinnamon Roll. Better yet, get a dozen!! Hands down, that bun was the best desert I’ve ever eaten. We go some cupcakes too but I’ll have to update later on those.

This place was great! They have lots of baked good options. I had the maple-buttah chickn biswhich which was delicious. The biscuit was so good and very crumbly so eat it with care. The chickn was very crispy and tasty. Their lattes were also excellent. My fiancee got the breakfast biswhich and that was quite good as well. Staff and service was friendly and helpful.

Favorite restaurant - Edit
I love Sweet Art!!! This has been my favorite restaurant for over ten years. Their bakery items are incredible. Best brownies ever, best cinnamon rolls ever! They made my wedding cake and it was a huge hit, absolutely delicious! I love their breakfast and lunch menu too. My favorites are the Sonia Sanchez chick'n wrap, the sweet burger, and chick'n and waffles. The atmosphere in Sweet Art is wonderful too - you can absolutely feel how much love they put into everything they do.

Worth It - Edit
Heard about this place on Netflix’s Fresh, Fried, and Crispy. It was one of my main reasons to visit STL and it does not disappoint. The Chikn is crispy and breaded to perfection. Don’t know how they do it but it really does taste just like chicken.

Got the spicy chicken wrap and it was a great lunch! It was a little expensive for the serving but it's not too bad, especially since it's supporting a fully vegan, black woman owned restaurant! I love the dining space and there's easy parking nearby.

Great Desserts but not lunch - Edit
I saw this restaurant on the Netflix Show "Fresh Fried & Crispy" and was excited to try it out during my next visit to Saint Louis. However it is with much disappointment that I say neither items I ordered had flavor. The chicken sandwich actually gave me an upset stomach. I had to stop eating it bc I felt the bubble guts coming on. Not only did it lack flavor but all I could taste was the Buffalo sauce, which was to heavy on the sandwich and made the bread soggy. The cauliflower batter tasted like the batter that is used for fried shrimp. The only thing I like was the dipping sauce which was the honey mustard sauce. I ordered a brownie and I will say it was delicious. I think the owner should stick to desserts bc that seems to be her specialty.
