Amazing Place - Edit
It was such a treat finding this place during a long drive. Most vegetarian items are vegan. Specify dairy free. Staff super knowledgeable. I am also gluten free and had no issues. Pakora has yogurt in batter which is uncommon so watch out for that

Fairly easy to ask for vegan options. Great variety of dishes for vegetarians. A little gem in the food desert that in Navajo County.

Great oasis on the way home to California - Edit
We were driving home from New Mexico and my husband asked one of the truckers where along the road to get great Indian food. We were not disappointed!

Half of the menu is clearly marked as vegetarian. Vegans need to ask about dairy ingredients. The person taking our order was happy to speak with kitchen staff to make sure our order was free from animal ingredients. They also asked about what level of spice we each wanted and accommodated that also.

Amazing spot next to i-40 in a truck stop - Edit
Amazing especially considering its location! Very clearly marked vegetarian options, with vegan items, of standard Indian fair, with very friendly staff who are knowledgeable and able to make substitutions to make items vegan, although there’s plenty on the menu already.
Read moreWith Roti bread, and Mexican and Indian sodas, this would be a great hit in any city, but considering how far away it is from almost anywhere else with proper cooked vegan options, this is simply amazing.
The staff was very kind and did tell me that the samosas and Pacora are cooked in the same oil as fish, so bear that in mind if it’s an issue for you.  I appreciate their honesty and helpfulness very much.
Pros: Huge veg menu, Best option for many miles!, A must stop on I40 honestly..
