Used to be better in the past - Edit
This used to be my favourite restaurant when studying in Nitra. But now they moved to bigger space and unfortunately lost the personal touch. Went to eat there with my mum. They did not have much left from the lunch menu and they weren't offering much from an a la carte menu as they explained they dont serve food after 4pm but it was only 3pm when we got there. I remember they used to have an evening menu in the past. Now there are not that many vegan options but the food is still tasty. They told us they are in the middle of changing their a la carte menu so fingers crossed it will be more diverse with more vegan options.

Calm & nice - Edit
I felt calm and free there. We got the whole menu for about 4,50 euros per person and it tastes really good (went there on work day lunch menu, it would be more expensive otherwise). They have veggie option everyday and a surprise after meal - we got watermelon and it was so nice.

Nice - Edit
Svetluska is a bit hidden away in a backyard, but a very nice location. They have a weekly menu with lunch choices (soup and choice of two meals), all in Slovak, but the staff was very friendly and explained everything. Only was soup was vegan as it was, but the other two dishes could be prepared vegan very easily, I was told. I had the soup, which was a clear soup with potato slices, very good, and the salad with cooked broccoli, carrots, greens etc. And some herbal cold drink. Now to be honest, the soup was great, the salad was really nothing special, a bit soggy, and the drink was great again. The overall flair was a bit old-school, but that's fine. Nitra does not have many vegetarian places, and this place is cheap, friendly and totally fine as far as the food is concerned, but maybe not a gourmet place.
