Really, really bad

Ouf, what a disappointment. We had the vegan ramen and gyozas. It was tasteless, mid temperature and overpriced. Although the noodles were fresh, the actual ramen bowl tasted nothing like ramen.

Cosy restaurant

Had lunch with an omni friend both of us enjoyed it had the gyoza and ramen (both vegan). First time I had it the but a cooked egg so make sure you ask with no egg if vegan.

Pros: Lovely presentation , Really tasty , Very nice staff

Cons: Ramen a bit to salty

Cozy ramen place with well-thought vegan options

Susuru is a tiny Japanese restaurant with a small ramen-centered menu.
I ate there to celebrate my birthday with two omni friends and we had a great time. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I tried their vegan ramen and it was delicious! Smokey rich broth with fresh greens and mushrooms. They replaced the "meat" by slices of a Japanese root vegetable and I found it very interesting and tasty.
The noodles are homemade and so were the gyozas.

Vegan options :
Vegan ramen
Gyoza
Edamame
Tsukemono (homemade veggie pickles)
White rice
Lots of drinks (I do not know about the vegan alcohol options)
