Best sushi in Saskatoon - Edit
"Best sushi in Saskatoon" might not seem like the highest standard to attain, but I find this restaurant to have varied and tasty food. I get the vegetarian porcupine roll, which contains tempura sweet potato, avocado, green onions, and cuke), and it is delicious. If the kitchen isn't busy, you can get miso soup made without the fish powder (but this is variable and you have to ask). If it's a go, the soup has tons of noodles, corn, carrots, and is incredibly filling. The tempura acorn is excellent. Risotto cakes are amazing, though I found out that they contain cheese, which broke my dairy-free heart. I really recommend Sushiro.
