shouldn't be listed - Edit
This is just a bog standard chain sushi restaurant.
Read moreNothing is marked as vegan on the menu and the only "vegan options" are cucumber rolls, natto maki and edamame - I guess it'll suffice if you're desperate but it's hardly a full meal and no more than you could get at literally any sushi restaurant anywhere in Japan.
FYI.
The inari sushi tofu pouches are simmered in fish stock so are not vegan.
All fried items such as french fries and tempura are fried in the same oil as meat and fish
Cons: very few vegan options

A solid choice for vegan sushi options - Edit
Sushiro offers a good selection of vegan options. The sushi rice is flavorful, and the maki rolls with various vegetables are a nice choice. The inari, fried pumpkin, and fries complement the meal well, with the inari being particularly tasty. For dessert, the glazed sweet potatoes are a great option. Overall, Sushiro is a convenient place when you're looking for vegan options without too much fuss.

Vegan Options Removed - Edit
The only vegan options are French fries and tempura pumpkin as of December 2024. All other vegan options previously mentioned in older reviews are no longer on the menu.
Read moreWe ordered two things and never received one. Our tablet showed that it was already delivered. We asked a waiter about it and they said they'd get it for us. It never came.
It was a cool experience to be served by a conveyor belt but don't expect good food options or helpful staff.

it's not that the vegan options have been "removed", there just never really were any

Almost no choices - Edit
Went with a friend who said it would have vegan options. No vegan sushi rolls, and the only vegetarian roll option was to order one egg piece at a time. Vegan options were limited to miso soup, French fries and pumpkin tempura. Very underwhelming.
