Takeout or delivery with pretty good variety

Menu is clearly labelled, and they have vegan breaded shrimp and spicy tuna as well as vegetable sushi and some creative vegetable and fruit sushi options outside the normal avocado and cucumber. I don't like the rice anywhere else I have tried in Utrecht so this is the best one for me.

They have a vegan page on their online menu, but their menu actually has a lot more vegan options, you just have to dig around for them. Downside apart from not being fully vegan of course is that it comes with a ton of packaging and a heavy glossy menu book with no opt-out option.
