Unique and delicious - Edit

I discovered this place by accident, and it has been a love affair ever since. Kelly, the owner and chef, is very creative with his rolls - you have never had anything like these rolls! Never again do you have to suffer with boring avocado/cucumber rolls...no, Kelly gets creative and every roll I have had (which is nearly all of them) has been a winner. I plan on frequenting this place often.

Great vegan sushi! - Edit

My partner ordered the Tiki Torch roll which was beautiful! Pineapple was a unique addition. I had the Bok Bok which was delicious but a little spicy so bring some water or order a drink! The presentation was beautiful and service was quick.

It was nice light food for summer. It's great to see quite a few vegan food trucks in Portland so be sure to go out and support them!

Pros: Fresh, unique sushi, All vegan, Nice light food

Best sushi ever! - Edit

I was so impressed with the deliciousness and the creativity of the chef. I just wish I had a SushiLove in my town. The chef/owner was very kind and responsive. I'm sorry that someone had a bad experience in an earlier review but I'm quite sure it was a misunderstanding. Amazing food and better than any fish sushi I've ever tasted! Wow!!

Would give six cows! - Edit

I haven't eaten here yet but I drove by the other day and they were OPEN! Assuming they are going to be fantastic, will update when I get a chance to sample their wares. Let's all support vegan business, folks, and for goodness sake be FAIR even if you are "hangry" :)

Pros: Open during business hours, vegan sushi- 'nuff said!

Cons: none that I am aware of!

Attempted To Give 1 Cow But The Limit Is 2 - Edit

We have wanted to try this little sushi cart for a while now, we love veggie sushi! Every time I have driven by however, it has been closed. We were driving around, feeling kind of hangry, and we seen the little street side sign out on the street. We parked, walked up to the window, apparently a few minutes before closing time and saw the door slam shut and the open sign being flipped over. IN OUR FACES. It was so incredibly rude that the dude couldn't verbally say, "Hey we are closing up shop now, thanks for stopping by though!" It was so rude, that I refuse to give this little place a chance. Oh well

Pros: Unknown.

Cons: Rude

mycurrylove 17 Oct 2015 - That doesn't sound like the owner at all! He is the nicest person and really loves what he does. He recently moved to a much better location in Sellwood and I would encourage you to give him another try. I have shown up right at closing hour and I asked him if it was too late to place an order, and he assured me that he is always happy to accommodate any order, even if I show up exactly at closing time. I honestly think he probably didn't see you, because he truly is a person of high integrity.
