Sushibarinn
Serves meat, vegan options available. Takeaway sushi restaurant with a few tables, serving mainly fish but does have a vegetarian and a vegan plate. A few of the starters are vegan suitable such as edameme and soup. The staff will advise on what is okay. Food is made to-order. Open Mon-Sat 11:30am-10:00pm, Sun 5:00pm-10:00pm.

Plain old boring - Edit
Options are almost non-existent and of the two options I tried, one was bland and while the other over spiced. Edamame was over steamed and slimey. I've eaten a lot of vegan sushi in my day and just found this boring.
Cons: Expensive

The sushi was good but a bit too spicy - Edit
We ordered the sushi from a bar next to the Sushibarinn. There wasn't a vegan set on the menu but when I asked if they make vegan sushi they said there's a set of 13 makis for about 2300 ISK. We had to wait a while but the sushi was good, some normal makirolls and californian/inside-out ones, but those had a lot of chili seasoning that wasn't mentioned when ordering, and not expected so it was a bit of an unpleasant surprise when the chili-taste got too overwhelming and hot. The rolls had basic ingredients like avocado and veggies.
Not the world's best (or cheapest) sushi but ok.
Pros: Vegan set available, You can order from the bar next door
Cons: Too much chili, A bit bland
