Some others are vegetable roll (asparagus, cucumber, avo, and lettuce pickle) and new vegetable roll (tempura fried asparagus, cucumber, avo, and pickled radish) and the peanut and avocado roll. Also has fruity rolls that contain cream cheese, like banana and mango. Open Mon-Sat 10:30am-7:30pm.

Weird Location/Awesome Food - Edit
So this sushi place is in the basement of the McKay Tower on Monroe Center, and while the environment feels like a mall food court, the food is top-notch. I have ate here several times, and each time I have been impressed. They have several veg-friendly options, including rolls with avocado, kim chi, sweet potato and many other delicious foods. Definitely recommend!

It's very authentic! It has amazing food for a reasonable price and the staff are so nice too! It has a good atmosphere.
