Finally! And delicious!

When it comes to vegan options in the area just a few kilometers behind the capital, there were, well, pretty much none. Until Sushi YA came to 'town' 😁
Small place on the ground floor of one of the newly constructed apartment buildings in Rovinka that offers multiple vegan sushi options (not just Maki rolls) and some other Asian dishes for delivery and take away.
We tried their wakame salad, and wide selection of sushi and we can only say that everything was simply delicious! Quite possibly the best vegan sushi we had so far and very likely one of the best overall, even from our non-vegan era.
Futomaki tempura was possibly our favorite. They use beetroot in their Futomaki rolls and it ceratinly adds very nice flavor into the overall profile. You can also have some Nigiri with asparagus which is far from traditional as far as we're aware, but the taste was surprisingly fitting into the overall selection we made.
Staff was also very nice and despite the fact that we ordered during lunch time, we were able to pick up our order in about 30 minutes. Not bad at all, taking also into account that they opened just recently.
Overall, it was a long wait to finally have some vegan option in the area, but thanks to this place it certainly feels that the waiting was worth it and we'll be certainly back. Often ❤
