素食水饺 or 'vegetarian dumplings' serves dumplings and noodles and also sells Fenglin's specialty chilli. Food cooked on the premises is vegan, but some pre-packaged foods are vegetarian. Open Mon-Sun 9:00am-6:00pm.

Great dumplings. - Edit
This vegetarian place is located right on the main cycling route, and has a great location in the relatively vegan sparse east rift valley. You should note, this place does sell eggs, and products with cow and goat milk, including individually wrapped quail eggs(!) That being said, the very sweet lady working there assured me the food served has no milk, eggs or honey, and no fake meat. The dumplings were delicious. I paid about $60 for 10 dumplings, and there were at least two different kinds on my plate. Aside from some non-vegan products, the store does sell some packaged vegan mock meat, peanut snacks, and chilli sauces.
