Nice little sushi restaurant

Nice sushi restaurant in Plano with several vegan options. While most are "basic," cucumber, avocado, veggie, the veggie tempura roll is a little different and yummy. They also have a couple of rolls using plant based chicken and sausage that I finally tried. The chicken isn't bad, but sausage in sushi is just weird. I will stick with the veggie rolls. This spot is convenient for a quick lunch or dinner, non-vegan friends like it, so I'm happy they have some decent options. They also have a good lunch and to-go special. I also see a vegetable fried rice on the menu. Maybe you could add the vegan chicken to that . . .
