not only was the staff extremely kind to me when I asked about vegan options, but they were extremely cautious about preparation! also, the sushi was hella tasty. like this was really good sushi. the staff gave me many vegan recommendations and the menu has clearly marked items with a V for vegetarian (but also vegan)! i really enjoyed everything about this place!
