Wonderful dinner - Edit
It was super busy on New Year’s Eve (dinner). we only waited 5-10 minutes for a table. our server, Rory, was fantastic and very educated. they asked if we had been there before and reviewed the whole menu with us. their recommendations were awesome and they were super accommodating when i informed them i was vegan. lots of stuff is clearly labeled on the menu. i got the garden roll and two garden salads bc i love ginger dressing. veggies were fresh, dressing good, roll was good. the sake selection is nice too. restaurant was clean for being busy. also the staff is very attentive and cleans off empty plates extremely fast. i would come again. lots of parking

Marked vegan, but not actually vegan - Edit
My wife and I went here for her bday dinner. For starters, our server was very awkward and clearly had no idea what vegan meant.
Read moreSeveral things on the menu are labeled as vegan, including some of the sushi rolls and hibachi items. We asked about something that wasn't labeled vegan, and the server didn't know the answer, so he just brought us the allergen list. When looking at it, my wife noticed that it said the sauces that were used on the vegan rolls were not in fact vegan. So basically they label items as vegan, which the item itself may actually be, but the sauce they put on the top of it is not. Which means ITS NOT VEGAN! Like what is the thought process behind this? This would be like labeling a Beyond Burger as vegan, even if it were smothered in non-vegan mayo. Like WTF?!?!?
So we ended up ordering everything without the sauces. In the end, the rolls were OK. Mediocre, nothing special. The Edamame was good though, but not like that's hard to accomplish.
It's all you can eat, so if you're hungry, its a good option. But dinner is $27.99/person, which is pretty outrageous for any sort of casual, non-event dinner.
But overall, the fact that they label items as vegan, even though none of them actually are, leads me to give this place 1 star with no intentions of ever going back.
Pros: All you can eat, Good about food waste
Cons: Items labeled vegan aren't actually vegan, Expensive, Staff were weird
