Also offers additional rolls including avocado cucumber, teriyaki tofu and mixed vegetable as well as plain and seaweed salad inari, edamame and sushi boxes. Vegetable tempura rolls and inari are not suitable for vegans. Open Mon-Fri 8:00am-7:00pm, Sat-Sun 8:00am-5:00pm.

Fast and tasty - Edit
Small takeout counter in busy food court with some great vegan options. Went with the tofu teriyaki roll which was super tasty and great value.

The freshest sushi I’ve ever had - Edit
The tofu teriyaki is insanely good - I went back nearly every day to get it (I was there for 2 weeks) so affordable. I bought 3-4 items (large portions too) for under a$10 which works out to be £5 ish so for a quick lunch out is very cheap. For the quality and taste of the food, you would expect to pay a lot more !! (It’s a take away sushi bar) but there is outside seating
