Fresh sushi - Edit
Quick service and fresh sushi. I only have 1 option as I try not to have mock meat or soy so avocado and cucumber is my pick! I remember there’s another option for vegan but there’s tofu skin in it and I asked the staff whether there’s soy and she said no. But tofu skin is soy and she didn’t know so it’s always good to check.

There seems to be a Sushi Hub in almost every city block so it's handy that they've added the Omni vegan tuna and crispy chicken rolls. The tuna is very creamy without much of a fishy flavour, which is honestly a relief! Haven't tried the chicken yet. My old favourite is the teriyaki tofu but it's very sweet so needs a generous dollop of wasabi for balance. They used to have a tempura pumpkin roll and it's a shame to see it seems to have disappeared.

Just a heads up that the "plant based chicken" sushi roll has egg mayo in it. They don't make it very clear at all (their sign mentions house mayo in the small print) but had that confirmed by both staff and head office in mid-November. Really frustrating for vegans and dangerous for people with egg allergies. The tuna one is vegan though!
