Definitely plant based - Edit
I'd personally rather not eat the tuna style plant based rolls, on their website it states that they don't categorise the plant based rolls as vegan due to potential cross contamination. When speaking to staff at Sushi Hubs they all say they don't use separate chopping boards and knives. Some people don't mind this but it puts me right off. However they are up front about this and they don't pretend to be vegan.
Read moreWe didn't actually end up buying a plant based roll for my husband from this venue in the end, we decided to wait and find and support a fully vegan place elsewhere in Sydney. There's not a vegan establishment in the Hurtsville area, this Sushi Hub is opposite the train station so it might satisfy those hangry people looking for a quick plant based bite.
